What do I do if I need to re-install the software? Do I need a serial number or a CD?

An advantage to using the file backup service is that there are no serial numbers to lose and we do not even charge for the software. If you ever need to re-install the software, just email us (support@filebackup.net) and we'll send you a link to download it again at no charge, of course.

What if I go over my amount of storage? Do you charge extra for uploads and downloads?

We use a flat-rate pricing structure which means that there is one charge for your service plan – so no unexpected overage or bandwidth charges.

What if I can't get the software to work or I'm not happy with it?

We're certain File Backup will make your backups easier, faster and better. And to prove it, we'll' give you 15 days to try out the software to make sure it is working to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied during this period, just send an email to support@filebackup.net with your name and account number and a note to cancel and we will not charge your credit card.

What if I have a question?

You can always send us an email at support@filebackup.net or call 972-838-1524 during normal business hours (9:00 - 5:00 CST).

I never received the email - what do I do?

Make sure your email address was entered correctly - you can always enter it again. Also, check to make sure that the email from us was not caught in a spam filter or delivered to your junk mail inbox. If you still can't find our email, you can always send us an email at support@filebackup.net or call 972-838-1524 during normal business hours (9:00 - 5:00 CST).
